Title 9: Public Peace, Morals, and Welfare PDF You have 24 hours to pick up after your outdoor gatherings and should be mindful of neighbors when having a gathering.
Title 10: Vehicles and Traffic PDF Eau Claire does have Alternate Side Parking in place between November 1 and May 1 each year. This allows for more efficient snow removal and street cleaning.

Neighborhoods may choose to have a block party (shutting down the street to get together); neighborhood association event, or for larger gatherings, a special event. Each have a separate application process. ECNA (Eau Claire Neighborhood Association) also has some block party materials that can be borrowed for your block party, such as games, movie night supplies, canopy, tables, chairs, etc.
